1 tablespoon - enough for 8 soaks

How These Herbs Work in a Foot Soak

  • Parsley – draws out impurities, freshens, and deodorizes.
  • Cleavers – lymphatic mover, helps reduce swelling and fluid retention (through skin absorption + reflex zones in feet).
  • Arnica – excellent for external use; reduces soreness, inflammation, and aches in muscles/joints.
  • Horsetail – rich in silica, strengthens skin and nails, good for tired or cracked feet.
  • Dandelion Leaf – mineral-rich, gently detoxifying, eases puffiness.
  • Holy Basil (Tulsi) – calming, stress-relieving, antifungal, and antibacterial.

Method:

  1. Boil 4–5 cups of water.
  2. Add 2 TS herbs and simmer 10–15 minutes.
  3. Strain into a basin, add 4–25 more cups of warm water (enough to soak feet).
  4. Optional: add 1/2 cup Epsom salt or Himalayan salt for extra detox.
  5. Soak feet for 20–30 minutes.
